I've used their trucks a few times for moving and can't fault them. The hydraulic lift is a lifesaver for moving fridges and other bulky goods! The office team are friendly and explain how to avoid idiot taxes (not refuelling the truck, tolls, fines, etc) & reminders are kept in the cab as well They walk you around the truck and both the team and yourself take photos of any pre existing damages; an amazing change of pace from some car 'rentalz' that try to gouge you for pre-existing damage Easy pick-up and drop off, great value, great experience I'll see you for the next move!

It was so easy to book the service. Staff were very friendly and informative. We booked the truck for our house moving. My wife was nervous than me as I was driving the truck for the first time however, she thoroughly enjoyed the trip. I highly recommend Newcastle Car and Truck rental.

I left a review earlier, but deleted it to redo it because these guys are honestly the best service in Newcastle. I have used them 3 times now to rent a truck for moving and each time they have been kind, professional, fast, and easy to communicate and book through. I had enquired to another truck rental closer to me, but they proved to me that these guys are better and worth it by far. Affordable prices and no crazy security deposit for a truck. I would just like to thank the staff at Newcastle Car and Truck rental at Argenton. Today, 7.8.24, I called in to their office, looking to rent a 12 seat bus for October. They were fully booked out for my dates. So they called other rental places for me and directed me to other rental services, which is their opposition. Which had one available for my dates.
